Method
Public APIs report estimates over different windows. Readings are aligned to five-minute bins with request-time jitter allowed. Failed and missing readings stay missing. Totals, shares and P2Pool averages use only bins containing every configured pool. Daily comparisons require at least 90% of the 288 expected bins and a finished UTC day. Comparisons use the current configured pool set across both days.
Difficulty-derived network hashrate is not an independent variable to correlate with difficulty. The network snapshot is stored separately. This report does not attribute hashpower to people or hardware.
