Using these keys

Import the file into your PGP-compatible mail app or key manager. Encryption protects the contents of your message; signature verification checks that a message was signed by the matching key.

For a first contact, confirm the fingerprint through another trusted channel. A key downloaded from this page alone does not independently verify my identity.
